In 2021, our journey began. We wanted to create an advertising agency that didn’t keep creative strategy separated from data and media. Because we believe great work happens when art and science start talking to each other.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Byron Ng

Digital Director, Co-founder

Byron began his career in financial media, working in the data department at Bloomberg after earning his master’s degree in finance at Warwick Business School. With a knack for numbers and a passion for creative problem-solving, he decided to bring his unique blend of expertise to the world of digital advertising. Byron honed his skills in paid media and data analytics at one of the top media agencies in Hong Kong, where he worked on projects for Nike, Gucci, Adobe, Decathlon, and others. He now shares the reins with Kiefer in delivering meaningful change to the industry and clients.

Kiefer McKenzie

Creative Director, Co-founder

Kiefer first entered the advertising industry after studying at the School of Communication Arts in London. From there, he earned his place working in some of the best creative agencies in the world, before establishing Byron McKenzie. Across his career, he’s worked on a multitude of brands and has won a number of prestigious awards, including D&AD pencils, The One Show, Spikes, Adfest, and has even had one of his films voted into the top 10 best ads in Asia by Campaign.
